Dear Theatre Patron,
Thank you for your subscription for The Green Room Community Theatre’s 2023-2024 Season! We have
a great line-up of shows scheduled, and we greatly appreciate your support for our productions!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND UPDATES
Our ticketing system is totally on the computer which will keep a tally of how many admissions you have
left to use. Plan carefully before calling to make your reservations as exchanges are difficult to
accommodate. Remember, season tickets must be used by the last show in June 2024. They do not roll over
to the next season.
Tickets will be available for Benefactors beginning on the Tuesday 2 and ½ weeks before a show opens
and for Season Ticket Subscribers on the Wednesday 2 and ½ weeks before a show opens. See your
quarterly newsletters for exact dates for each show.
You may call our Box Office (828-464-6128) or come by in person to reserve your seats. Box office hours
are Wednesdays – Fridays from 10am to 5:00pm.
OR
Go online at thegreenroomtheatre.org on or after your advanced priority date. Click on “Get Tickets.” You
will then click on “Sign In.” THE TICKETING SYSTEM WILL NOT RECOGNIZE YOU AS A
SEASON TICKET HOLDER UNLESS YOU SIGN IN. The first time you log in, create an account and
password. YOU MUST USE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR GREEN ROOM
ACCOUNT. (Questions or problems? Call (828) 464-6583 or email info@thegreenroomtheatre.org to
change your email.) Select you seats as if you are purchasing them, BUT BE SURE TO CLICK “APPLY
SEASON TICKETS” BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR PURCHASE. If you do not “Apply,” you will
be charged.
If you find yourself unable to attend a performance after making reservations, PLEASE call and let us know.
Otherwise, your tickets will be used for that performance.
We reserve the right to release your seats if you are not here by time for the show to start.
You are encouraged to use the advanced priority dates set aside for you to make your reservation to ensure
seat availability. HAVING A SEASON TICKET DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SEAT IN THE EVENT
OF A SELLOUT. This is especially important for our Black Box shows as they fill up very quickly.
LOOK FOR THE QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER IN OCTOBER, JANUARY, APRIL, AND JULY.
Our full-color newsletter comes complete with a DETACHABLE three-month calendar highlighting
the dates tickets are available for benefactors & season ticket holders. It will highlight Green Room
productions and special offerings for each quarter. BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR CALENDAR FOR
REFERENCE!
