Using Your Season Tickets

Our digital ticketing system keeps track of your remaining admissions. Plan carefully before making reservations, as exchanges are difficult to accommodate. Season tickets must be used by the last show in June 2026 and do not roll over to the next season.

How to Reserve Your Seats

Season ticket holders get priority access to reservations before tickets go on sale to the public. Benefactors can reserve tickets starting on the Tuesday 2.5 weeks before a show opens, and Season Ticket Subscribers can reserve on the following Wednesday. Specific dates will be listed in our quarterly newsletters.

To book your seats, visit our Box Office (Wednesdays – Fridays, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) or call us at 828-464-6128. You can also reserve online at thegreenroomtheatre.org by signing into your account. Be sure to apply your season tickets before confirming your reservation to avoid being charged. If you need assistance, contact us at (828) 464-6583 or info@thegreenroomtheatre.org.

Important Policies

If you can’t attend a performance after making a reservation, please let us know so we can release your seats. Unclaimed seats may be released at showtime. Having a season ticket does not guarantee a seat if a show sells out, so we recommend reserving early, especially for Black Box productions.

Our quarterly newsletter (sent in October, January, April, and July) includes ticketing dates, production updates, and a detachable three-month calendar to help you plan. Keep it handy for reference!
