"Together we're unlimited."

Limitless Theatre for Exceptional Actors

The Green Room Community Theatre believes deeply that all people should be given the opportunity to experience the magic of live theatre- both in the audience and on stage. We have created a new theatre class for our teens and adults with special needs. They may have cognitive and/or physical disabilities.

This 2020 Spring semester of the Limitless class is now full.  Please check back in July to register for the Fall 2020 semester.

About Limitless Theatre Class

*This class is a special addition to our Creative Works. The class is lead by certified teachers and assistants with Theater or Special Education degrees or training. They will teach basic drama techniques and theater elements including movement, games, music, stage presence, makeup, lighting, sets, and much, much more. We will keep class size small in order to provide a more focused experience for our students. We hope to spark each actor’s creativity, confidence, social interaction, and self-esteem. And they’ll perform with their friends at our final showcase – a joyful night of fun and entertainment that’s open to all.

*All participants need to be able to take care of their personal needs unless accompanied by a care giver. If your child has a “one-on-one” worker they are invited and encouraged to attend and participate as well at no additional charge.

*This is an active participation class. Students are not required to be verbal but do need to be able to follow simple instructions.

*The class is for ages 15 and up.
