Limitless Theatre for Exceptional Actors
The Green Room Community Theatre deeply believes that all people should be given the opportunity to experience the magic of live theatre, both in the audience and on stage. We have created a theatre class for our teens and adults with special needs who may have cognitive and/or physical disabilities.
Registration for the Fall semester of Limitless is open now. The class will be every Tuesday 4-5:30 beginning September 12th. It will run until November 7, 2023 with a final performance on Friday, November 10th.

About Limitless Theatre Class
*This class is a special addition to our Creative Works. The class is led by certified teachers and assistants with Theatre or Special Education degrees or training. They will teach basic drama techniques and theatre elements, including movement, games, music, stage presence, makeup, lighting, sets, and much more. We will keep the class size small in order to provide a more focused experience for our students. We hope to spark each actor’s creativity, confidence, social interaction, and self-esteem. They’ll even perform with their friends at our Final Showcase – a joyful night of fun and entertainment that is open to all.
*All participants need to be able to take care of their personal needs unless accompanied by a caregiver. If your child has a “one-on-one” worker, they are invited and encouraged to attend and participate as well at no additional charge.
*This is an active participation class. Students are not required to be verbal but do need to be able to follow simple instructions.
*The class is for ages 15 and up.
