Check Seats Available on Form:
Check seats available on the form and submit, A Staff confirmation email will be sent once your form has been reviewed and processed. If you do not receive confirmation within three business days, please contact our office at (828) 464-6583 to follow up.(e.g., wheelchair access, hearing assistance, etc.) must be detailed on the form to assure correct accommodations.

Payment & Invoicing:
Payment is due 30 days prior to your scheduled performance. Invoices will be sent approximately 60 days in advance. Tickets are non-refundable.

Reservations:
All reservations must be made in advance, including for parent chaperones. Parents must be included in the school’s group reservation and pay through the school. For safety reasons, only those on the reservation list will be admitted.

Please reserve only the number of seats needed.

Ticket Pricing:

• Students: $7

• Parents: $12 (includes NC sales tax)

• Classroom teachers and bus drivers attend free of charge

Theatre Policies:

• No food or drink allowed inside the theatre.

• Directions and a bus parking map will be emailed with your invoice, about 2 months before your visit.
